Vice President – Capital Markets
Nancy Showers has been a member of the Prime team since 1990. Currently, she serves as a Vice President of the Capital Markets Division for Prime Income Asset Management. Her primary responsibilities include originating FHA or conventional structured loans, handling the third party reports, fulfilling lender due diligence requirements, and closing and funding commercial loans on various property types.
Nancy’s past experience includes the daily processing of 400 commercial mortgages and investor reporting for a large real estate holding company.
