
While we are based in Dallas, Texas, we see the Earth as our true place of business. We seek out innovative ways to best use all of its assets, whether beneath the land developing new energy resources, or on the surface developing its land to be used as we live, work and grow.
Our philosophy is simple: identify and acquire under-valued or under-performing properties, then add capital improvements, aggressive leasing, development, and management programs in order to achieve long-term above-market returns.

for both public and private entities around the world. These diverse investment portfolios include a complementary mix of income-producing properties located throughout the
United States as well as significant land holdings suitable for ground up developments and energy exploration.

Prime’s growth strategy includes the construction of master planned communities, commercial developments, and multi-family residential properties. A foremost example of our visionary abilities is Mercer Crossing, a 1,000+ acre mixed-use development as well as our corporate headquarters.
In addition to Mercer Crossing, construction continues on a number of other developments located, not only throughout the U.S., but across the globe.
