Senior Controller
As Controller of Prime Income Asset Management, Gina Kay is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day corporate accounting operations and also oversees the Commercial Property accounting operations. Prior to joining Prime, Gina was the Controller for Pacific USA Holdings Corp., an international real estate and banking holding company, for ten years. Previous to that, she worked for Coopers & Lybrand in their tax department.
Gina received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Dallas where she also completed her graduate studies in Accounting.
