As President of Regis Property Management, Rick Conley is responsible for the operations and leasing of a national commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial properties. Rick also supervises all day-to-day management, administrative, engineering, and maintenance personnel for 48 commercial properties nationwide and serves as General Manager and Executive Director for the Denver Merchandise Mart in Denver, Colorado.
Rick has over thirty years of commercial property management experience and has overseen millions of square feet of commercial property. Rick is a member of BOMA, International Council of Shopping Centers and its Book Review Board.
