Vice President, Regis Hotel I, LLC
As Vice President of Regis Hotel I, LLC, Steve Moore is responsible for the management of day to day operations of Regis’s hotel portfolio, including revenue management, cost controls, capital improvements projects, cash management, budgeting and other project planning. He also performs all due diligence that is required for all potential acquisitions.
Steve has been with Regis for over 16 years. In that time he’s been involved in the acquisition and subsequent management of over 14 hotel properties, including hotels in Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado and California, and was also actively involved in the acquisition and asset management of two Eastern and Central European hotels, one in Sofia, Bulgaria and the other in Wroclaw, Poland.
