Vice President – Capital Markets
As Vice President, Steven Shelley oversees the acquisition and disposition of land, commercial, and residential properties, including approximately $200 million in sales activity and $130 million in acquisitions. In addition, Steven manages the leasing activity of the Barnett Shale mineral rights held by the advised companies. This project focuses on approximately 5,000 acres of oil and gas assets, located primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
